CritterPods is a small family business, and we want every family to be able to shop with us. We work to make critterpods.com usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, zoom or other assistive tools.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes clear text contrast, labels on every button and form field, alt text on images, a skip link, visible focus for keyboard users, tap targets big enough for small screens, and respecting your device's reduce motion setting.

What we're still working on

Some parts of the site come from other services, like checkout, customer accounts, payment and review emails. We choose services that take accessibility seriously, but we don't control all of their pages. Some older product photos may also be missing detailed descriptions while we update them.

If anything on our site is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll fix it or help you place your order another way.
