When will my order ship?
Every CritterPod is printed, filled and packed by our family in Orem, Utah. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping in the U.S.
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the U.S. For smaller orders, you'll see the exact rate at checkout. We ship with USPS:
- USPS Ground Advantage: usually 2 to 5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: usually 1 to 3 business days
Delivery times are USPS estimates and start once your order ships.
International shipping
CritterPods have traveled to families in 13 countries so far. We ship to Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Brazil and more, using USPS International, DHL Express or FedEx. You'll see the options and rates for your country at checkout.
Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the package arrives. Those are set by your country and paid by the buyer.
2026 holiday order-by dates
To arrive by December 25, please order by:
- International: Sunday, December 6
- U.S. standard shipping: Monday, December 14
- U.S. Priority Mail: Wednesday, December 16
For Halloween, order by Sunday, October 25 with standard U.S. shipping.
These dates follow USPS's recommended holiday deadlines plus our packing time. Delivery isn't guaranteed, but ordering by these dates gives your gift the best chance.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns and problems
We're a small family business, and we want every CritterPod to bring a smile. If something arrives damaged, is missing pieces, isn't what you ordered or just isn't right, email us at info@critterpods.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, a fix or a refund.
